Usage and Biology

It has a sequence complementary to hsa-miR-375-5p on the 5' end side and a sequence complementary to template0 on the 3' end side.

The larger this ratio, the more clearly the target concentration can be distinguished. For Biomarker 2, when the condition was 10-5, that is, when the hybridize length between template and target was 10 bp, and the hybridize length between template and helper was 5 bp, the ratio was the largest.
